Sammy's Rental is responsible for set up of tents, tent accessories, dance floor, stages, pipe & drape, and wedding arbors at no additional cost. We do not set up tables and chairs, that is an additional cost.
Yes, we charge a delivery fee and pick fee which is dependent on the city we are delivering to. We do not charge according to amount of rentals.
Our hours of delivery and pick ups are from 9am-6pm. Any deliveries or pick ups made before or after are subject to additional fees.
Typically we deliver a day before the event and pick up a day after. If your event takes place at a venue and you have time restrictions we can accommodate same day delivery and pick up. If pick up takes place after hours you will be subject to additional fees.
No. All of our tents meet fire resistance requirements and we have the documentation needed; however, the permit application process is the customer's responsibility.
It depends. If you are looking to get lights, heaters, and/or fans for the tent then yes. If you are looking for the tent itself then there is no power needed. Our equipment usually does not take a lot of power however it depends on your rental. Please contact us for specifications.
We have had many events at parks and what our customers usually do is rent a generator. Depending on your rentals, we can make sure we have a generator to meet your needs.
Cash, Checks, and all major Credit Cards.
All cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to us delivering the rentals. A lot of customers confuse their delivery date with their event date. If we are delivering the day before the event then the last time to cancel is 2 days before that date.
We require a signed contract and a 15% deposit.
There are many different factors to take into consideration when choosing a proper tent size. Please give us a call to discuss and we can recommend a size. We will need to know what type of set up you will have (ceremony, reception, cocktail hour). We will need to know if you will need room for dance floors, food tables, bar, dj, band, and any other activities that will require space beneath the tent.
Yes. We are open Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm. We do not require appointments.
We set up on grass, concrete, asphalt, and dirt. If we set up on grass or dirt, we usually stake the tent into the ground. If you have any sewage lines or sprinkler systems close to the surface, we will need to know so that way we may plan on anchoring in a different way. If it is set up on concrete or asphalt, we will need to use water barrels to anchor the tent. In this case, we will need access to water to fill the barrels.
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our equipment. If something malfunctions, please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. However, if damage occurs due to negligence, you will be responsible for the damages. We keep our equipment well maintained and this usually does not happen. If it is something small like a broken glass or a stained linen, it is not something we worry about.
